Our fitness classes are designed with the expecting and new mom in mind! From Prenatal yoga to Mama Fit, we have something for every mama!

Mama Yoga 1 visit free From $15 per visit with MODERN MILK FITNESS: 20 Class Pass pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

A comprehensive yoga class created for all stages of motherhood, from pregnancy and beyond. This class will increase strength, physical and mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Mama yoga can also help to reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tight hips, and heartburn. You will enjoy connecting with yourself, your baby (if you're expecting!) and other mamas in this fun and relaxing class!

*This class is designed for all mamas - from those trying to conceive to moms with older babies and children. Each class is tailored to the needs of those in the class and modifications are given for all stages of motherhood!

*Some yoga props (blocks and blankets) are available but please bring your own mat.

Mama Fit : Strength + Cardio 1 visit free From $15 per visit with MODERN MILK FITNESS: 20 Class Pass pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Mama Fit : Strength + Cardio will take your pre and postnatal fitness to the next level. This class will combine light weights with traditional and nontraditional workout moves to increase stamina and work towards your goals of a fit bump or body after baby! We will apply techniques that can relieve pregnancy pains, gain muscle, tone the body and get you ready for everything pregnancy and motherhood throws at you!

*Wear your sneakers! Babies and children welcome to join mom! Please bring a mat/blanket and toys for your littles!

*Weights, exercise bands and exercise discs are available for use and sanitized between classes. Students are welcome to bring their own exercise equipment if they prefer.

Join Dr. Kaitlyn Kakar, Physical Therapist and Pelvic Health Specialist, as she teaches you how to connect to your Core & Pelvic Floor through breath work, posture/alignment, and targeted strengthening and mobility exercises. This class will build from one class to the next, first bringing an awareness and connecting to your core, laying the foundation of proper activation and breathing, to restoring and building strength, coordination, and endurance. Each class will be tailored to what your body needs that day. You will not only get a targeted movement practice, but you may notice changes in your everyday lifeā€¦less leaking, less back pain, a stronger core when lifting and carrying. Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, this class is for you!

Welcome to Mama Pilates with Abbey Yoder, a low-impact class designed to empower moms through every stage of motherhood. Focused on core and glute strengthening, this class enhances mobility and targets muscles supporting daily functions. Optional bands and equipment are used for added strength training. Ideal for pre and post-natal moms, each session offers full-body strength and stability. Join our welcoming environment filled with smiles and leave with a toolbox of exercises to support your daily movements!

Toddler & Me Yoga is the perfect way to introduce yoga to your little one! We will playfully explore yoga poses & practice fun breathing techniques, allowing your child to be as involved as they want. Prepare to be silly, move your body, and laugh with your child, as they learn yoga from the best teacher - you!

*This class is ideal for crawlers/early walkers and up!
Please bring: yoga mat, comfy mat and/or blanket for baby, shaker rattle/toy, scarf or handkerchief

Baby & Me Yoga is the perfect way to introduce yoga to your baby! We will playfully explore yoga poses allowing your child to be as involved as they want. Prepare to be silly, move your body, and laugh with your child, as they learn yoga from the best teacher - you!

Mama Mobility 1 visit free From $15 per visit with MODERN MILK FITNESS: 20 Class Pass pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Mama Mobility is for anyone who wants to take their physical healing and fitness to the next level. In this class we will learn how to move the joint in its full range of motion while releasing common areas of tension for pregnant and postpartum moms - the shoulders, back, and hips.

We will hold stretches and work mobility movements allowing muscles to move more smoothly. We will work with the breath to release pent up energy and activate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps the body get into the rest and digest state - a state that moms so desperately need! You will leave class feeling rejuvenated, more open and relaxed.

Gratitude Restorative Yoga $25 Purchase required to enroll

Before the holiday season gets into full swing, come and enjoy a Restorative Yoga practice as we rest deeply in postures for several minutes, allowing the body to relax, reset, and restore. Taking the time to get still and surrender reminds the heart and spirit of all there is to be thankful for. In this gentle practice, blankets, bolsters, blocks and other props are used to allow the body to fully relax one posture at a time. The longer holds allow the physical body to let go, the mind to quiet, and the breath to soften. Deep relaxation boosts the immune system and relieves fatigue, anxiety and insomnia, just what every mama needs. Yogis only need to bring an open mind and heart, but may also want to bring a soft, cozy blanket, eye pillow, a scarf or wrap. No yoga experience necessary.
