Fitness

Our NAMOMSTE fitness classes are designed with the expecting and new mom in mind! From prenatal yoga to Mama HIIT, we have something for every mama!

Your safety is our priority! Please see our in-studio fitness/yoga guidelines and thank you for your cooperation.
-All Fitness & Yoga classes are limited to 10 people or less for social distancing.
-Pre-registration is required for attendance purposes (no drop-ins). A $10 no-show will be charged for those enrolled but not attending class.
-Temperature checks prior to class. Temps greater than or equal to 100.4 are not permitted. Please stay home if you're feeling ill.
-Please bring your own yoga mat and props. Items available for purchase if needed!
-Fitness gear (weights, bands, etc) are available for use and sanitized after each class. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer!
-Masks must be worn during class.
-Extra cleaning and sanitization measures are being implemented.

A comprehensive yoga class created for all stages of motherhood, from pregnancy and beyond. This class will increase strength, physical and mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Mama yoga can also help to reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tight hips, and heartburn. You will enjoy connecting with yourself, your baby (if you're expecting!) and other mamas in this fun and relaxing class!

*This class is also perfect for all mamas - from those trying to conceive to moms with older babies and children. Each class is tailored to the needs of those in the class and modifications are given for all stages of motherhood!

*In alignment with current precautions and to allow for social distancing, fitness classes are being limited to 10 students and pre-registration is required. Due to these limitations, we will not be allowing drop-in students and no-shows will be charged a $10 fee.

*Yoga props will not be supplied but will be available for purchase if needed. (A yoga mat, block, blanket or bolster are recommended).

Mama HIIT : Strength + Cardio *IN-STUDIO* $15 per classFrom $10 per visit with NAMOMSTE® 20 Class Pass passPurchase required to enroll

Mama HIIT : Strength + Cardio will take your pre and postnatal fitness to the next level. This class will combine light weights with traditional and nontraditional workout moves to increase stamina and work towards your goals of a fit bump or body after baby! We will apply techniques that can relieve pregnancy pains, gain muscle, tone the body and get you ready for everything pregnancy and motherhood throws at you!

*Wear your sneakers! Pre-crawlers welcome to join mom.

*Weights, exercise bands and exercise discs are available for use and sanitized between classes. Students are welcome to bring their own exercise equipment if they prefer.

Baby & Me Yoga $15 per classFrom $10 per visit with NAMOMSTE® 20 Class Pass passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Baby & Me Yoga is the perfect way to introduce yoga to your baby! We will playfully explore yoga poses allowing your child to be as involved as they want. Prepare to be silly, move your body, and laugh with your child, as they learn yoga from the best teacher - you!
*This class is ideal for babies ages 2 weeks to crawling

*Shared yoga equipment is currently not available.
Please bring: yoga mat, comfy mat and/or blanket for baby, shaker rattle/toy, scarf or handkerchief

Toddler & Me Yoga $15 per classFrom $10 per visit with NAMOMSTE® 20 Class Pass passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Toddler & Me Yoga is the perfect way to introduce yoga to your little one! We will playfully explore yoga poses & practice fun breathing techniques, allowing your child to be as involved as they want. Prepare to be silly, move your body, and laugh with your child, as they learn yoga from the best teacher - you!
*This class is ideal for crawlers/early walkers and up!

*Shared yoga equipment is currently not available.
Please bring: yoga mat, comfy mat and/or blanket for baby, shaker rattle/toy, scarf or handkerchief
