Mama Fit : Strength + Cardio

Mama Fit : Strength + Cardio will take your pre and postnatal fitness to the next level. This class will combine light weights with traditional and nontraditional workout moves to increase stamina and work towards your goals of a fit bump or body after baby! We will apply techniques that can relieve pregnancy pains, gain muscle, tone the body and get you ready for everything pregnancy and motherhood throws at you!

*Wear your sneakers! Pre-crawlers welcome to join mom, please bring a blanket or something for them to lounge on.

*Weights, exercise bands and exercise discs are available for use and sanitized between classes. Students are welcome to bring their own exercise equipment if they prefer.
