Join Dr. Kaitlyn Kakar, Physical Therapist and Pelvic Health Specialist, as she teaches you how to connect to your Core & Pelvic Floor through breath work, posture/alignment, and targeted strengthening and mobility exercises. This class will build from one class to the next, first bringing an awareness and connecting to your core, laying the foundation of proper activation and breathing, to restoring and building strength, coordination, and endurance. Each class will be tailored to what your body needs that day. You will not only get a targeted movement practice, but you may notice changes in your everyday life…less leaking, less back pain, a stronger core when lifting and carrying.
