Mama Yoga

A comprehensive yoga class created for all stages of motherhood, from pregnancy and beyond. This class will increase strength, physical and mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Mama yoga can also help to reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tight hips, and heartburn. You will enjoy connecting with yourself, your baby (if you're expecting!) and other mamas in this fun and relaxing class!

*This class is designed for all mamas - from those trying to conceive to moms with older babies and children. Each class is tailored to the needs of those in the class and modifications are given for all stages of motherhood!

*Some yoga props (blocks and blankets) are available but please bring your own mat.
