I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of the All You Can Fit Unlimited Membership:
This plan is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Month-to-Month = NO CONTRACT. After 3 month minimum. Requires direct monthly billing to a credit card.
MONTHLY PAYMENT: I acknowledge and agree to authorize Modern Milk to charge the credit card/debit card on the 1st date of the billing cycle and then every month after.
CANCELLATION: I may cancel my Unlimited Membership at anytime after 3 month commitment. Cancellation will take effect the next billing cycle from the cancellation date.
HOLDS: I can hold my auto-renew for up to 90 days once a year.
