About the appointment:
Virtual consults are best to answer simple breastfeeding, pumping and milk supply questions. If you are struggling with latching or your baby is not gaining weight, an in-office consult is recommended.Virtual Consults are one hour and held via Zoom. You will receive an email with Zoom meeting information. Please have your feeding and camera setup ready so we can observe baby nursing if necessary. We will review your questions and concerns and work with you to create a breastfeeding plan that you feel comfortable with and will follow-up with you as needed.
Booking and Cancellations:
You may book in-store appointments 12 hours (or more) in advance, online or over the phone. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and a $100 fee will be charged for no shows or cancellations within 12 hours of your consultation. For a consultation with multiples, please call our store during business hours at (480) 999-1585.
If you do not find an appointment time that works for you through our online booking or if you are in looking for a same day appointment, please call our store during business hours at (480) 999-1585. We will work with you to find an appointment time.
Using insurance for the visit:

If you are out of network, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
