VIRUTAL MOMS' MONTH: Restorative Yoga

Grab a mat, a blanket and a few bed pillow and get ready for this relaxing yoga class! Restorative Yoga is the perfect way for busy mamas to unwind and reset midweek. Props are used allowing you to sink deeper into poses without having to work. This sequence allows you to balance your body and simultaneously relax. After several restorative poses the class transitions to Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a sleep based guided meditation allowing a person to rest, relax and let go. It’s ideal for sleep deprived parents as a 45 minute session is equal to 3 hours of sleep! A link will be sent the day of the class.
