This moderate paced, time-based class is open to expectant and babywearing* moms. In this class we will focus on full body moves, core stability and everyday functionality. A great way to prepare for labor & delivery, getting back in shape (healthy recovery), and bonding with baby!

*Babywearing is optional. Babies can also hang out on a floor blanket, sit in a carseat/carrier or be worn in a structured carrier. Whatever works for you!
