Whether you have a few weeks or a few months, your maternity leave is going to fly by. The purpose of this time is to first and foremost heal and bond with your newborn. From there, it’s a time to set yourself up for a successful return to work all the while navigating your new identity as mom.

In this 60 minute class you will learn resources for how to build in self-care rituals that translate to the life of a working mom, ways to find your mom tribe, selecting the best childcare for your family, and what to expect from your postpartum body. Every participant will leave with a ‘returning to work checklist’ and ‘best interview questions for your childcare provider’.
