MOMS' MONTH:: Mindfulness Meditation for Mothers

Does it seem like your mind races a lot? Or, that you often forget stuff? Is it easy to over-think things or lose your patience? With so much to do and so little time, it's no wonder we often feel frazzled and off-kilter! The good news is, the practice of mindfulness meditation can help train the mind (and brain!) to be a little more calm, focused, and present in daily life. This one-hour class will give you a chance to learn what mindfulness is, experience a few short guided meditations, and discuss key ways to apply mindfulness to motherhood. Appropriate for expecting, new, and "experienced" moms!
