Join us for our 6-Week Mama Fit + Core Fitness Series!

Classes taught by Ashley Allen, Michaela Abbott, Lisa van Leeuwen and Kaitlyn Kakar!

Mama Fit, programmed by Ashley Allen, a pre/postnatal certified fitness trainer, is a workout for all moms at all stages! This class will combine light weights with traditional and nontraditional workout moves to increase stamina and work towards your goals of a fit bump or body after baby. We will apply techniques that can relieve pregnancy pains, gain muscle, tone the body and get you ready for everything pregnancy and motherhood throws at you!

Mama Core, programmed by Dr. Kaitlyn Kakar, Physical Therapist and Pelvic Health Specialist, teaches you how to connect to your Core & Pelvic Floor through breath work, posture/alignment, and targeted strengthening and mobility exercises. Each class will be tailored to what your body needs that day. Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, this class is for you!

  • 6-week series
  • Meet in-studio for 3 workouts per week (M/W/F)
  • Mama Fit Class on Mondays and Fridays @ 9:30a - 10:15a
  • Mama Core Class on Wednesdays @ 9:30a - 10:15a
  • Babies and children of all ages are welcome! Please bring a mat/blanket and toys for your littles. You can also bring a structured baby carrier if you want to try a babywearing workout!
  • Series is limited to 15 moms
